During this session will discuss what Housing opportunities are available through LSS including HUD Subsidized housing and our Tax Credit partnerships. Find out how our Service Coordination team helps keeps people in the residences and out of long term care. We will explore our Homelessness prevention and intervention services, and how we are looking to replicate our Rapid Rehousing programs. Finally, you will learn about our partnership in an innovative Grandfamilies project in Madison.
